º . Ingreso base de cotización. El ingreso base de cotización para los servidores públicos de que trata el inciso primero del artículo primero del presente decreto, estará constituido por los factores incluidos en el Decreto 1158 de 1994, adicionado en un 40% de la prima especial de riesgo, a la que se refieren los artículos 1º y 2º del Decreto 2646 de1994.

Parágrafo

El porcentaje del cuarenta por ciento (40%) considerado para el Ingreso Base de Cotización, se incrementará al cincuenta por ciento (50%), a partir del 1º de enero de 2008.
