Desde la fecha de la entrega de los barcos al Ministerio de Industrias serán de cargo de éste todos los gastos que demande su sostenimiento, y por decreto separado se fijará la cuantía y forma en que el Ministerio de Guerra contribuirá para el sostenimiento del servicio de navegación en los ríos a que se refiere este Decreto.
