Finalidad del Pilar Solidario. El Pilar Solidario tiene como finalidad amparar las condiciones mínimas de subsistencia de los colombianos residentes en el territorio nacional en condición de pobreza extrema, pobreza y vulnerabilidad en los términos del numeral 1 del artículo 3° de la Ley 2381 de 2024, a través de la entrega de una transferencia monetaria no condicionada a título individual, denominada Renta Básica Solidaria.
