Artículo transitorio 29. Para la aplicación en cualquier tiempo de las normas que prohiben la reelección de los magistrados de la Corte Constitucional, de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y del Consejo de Estado, sólo se tomarán en cuenta las elecciones que se produzcan con posterioridad a la promulgación de la presente reforma.
