El artículo 225 de la Ley 5º de 1992 quedará así:
Artículo 225 . Trámite de aprobación . El proyecto de acto legislativo debe ser aprobado en cada una de las Cámaras por la mayoría simple, en la primera vuelta; publicado por el Gobierno, requerirá de la mayoría absoluta en la segunda vuelta. Ambos períodos no necesariamente deben coincidir en la misma legislatura.
