Las Asociaciones de Municipios creadas con anterioridad a la vigencia de la Ley la de 1975 quedan sometidas al régimen establecido en el presente Código, en cuanto se ajusten a los fines previstos en el inciso 3º del artículo 198 de la Constitución Política.
