La Junta Directiva estará integrada por cuatro miembros, así: Los Ministros de Salud Pública, de Educación Nacional y de Agricultura o sus representantes designados por ellos, quienes para este efecto podrán ser los Directores de los Ministerios o los Secretarios Generales, y un representante de la Asociación Colombiana de Facultades de Medicina. El Auditor Fiscal del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición podrá asistir a las reuniones de la Junta Directiva con voz pero sin voto. El Secretario de la Junta Directiva será el Director del Instituto Nacional de Nutrición.
