ARTICULO 31. LICENCIA POR MATERNIDAD Y ENFERMEDAD. Las licencias por maternidad y enfermedad se rigen por el Sistema de Seguridad Social en Salud a que pertenezca el empleado y serán concedidas por el jefe del organismo o por quien haya sido delegado.
El término de la licencia por enfermedad o maternidad no interrumpe el tiempo de servicio.
