Selección del sitio. Para la selección del sitio de disposición final de los residuos sólidos, en la etapa de factibilidad, el interesado deberá realizar un estudio de alternativas y cumplirá las demás exigencias determinadas en la Ley 99 de 1993 y demás normatividad ambiental vigente.
