Establecer un contingente anual de 102.392 toneladas, para la importación de cebolla, clasificada por la subpartida 0703.10.00.00, originarias de los Países Miembros de la Comunidad Andina y Mercosur, que será estacional de acuerdo con el ciclo de la cosecha nacional y que ingresará solo en épocas de desabastecimiento. Las importaciones de dicho producto que excedan el contingente fijado ingresarán al territorio aduanero nacional pagando el arancel de Nación Más Favorecida (NMF) vigente.
