Para el año gravable de 1983, la renta de goce consagrada en el artículo 70 del Decreto número 2053 de 1974, se estimará en un seis por ciento (6%) de avalúo catastral o del costo del inmueble, cuando éste fuere superior, en la parte que exceda de $4.000.000. Este porcentaje será del siete por ciento (7%) para el año gravable de 1984 y del ocho por ciento (8%) para el año gravable de 1985 y siguientes.
