Es forzoso el retiro de los Oficiales con pase a la Reserva de las Fuerzas Militares, cuando cumplan las siguientes edades, en sus grados en el Ejército, la Fuerza Aérea y sus equivalentes en la Armada, así:

Parágrafo

Para los Oficiales de los Servicios, y Oficiales Técnicos de la Fuerza Aérea, se aumentará en diez (10) años las edades contempladas en el presente artículo, sin que puedan sobrepasar la edad de sesenta y cinco (5) años, en la cual cesa toda obligación militar.
