Modificar el artículo 179 del Decreto número 1886 de 2015, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 179. Aplicación de normas técnicas. Los protocolos para las instalaciones eléctricas bajo tierra serán establecidos por el responsable de la aplicación y cumplimiento del presente reglamento, de acuerdo con el conocimiento y desarrollo tecnológico alcanzado y la normatividad vigente”.
