Instrucciones en los procesos de inscripción de votantes y jornadas de votación. Los embajadores, jefes de oficina consular, cónsules honorarios de Colombia acreditados ante otros Estados, funcionarios delegados de registro y jurados de votación se ceñirán a los procesos electorales a las instrucciones impartidas de forma conjunta por el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, por conducto de la Dirección de Asuntos Migratorios, Consulares y Servicio al Ciudadano o quien haga sus veces, y la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil.
