La enseñanza del dibujo del natural será obligatorio en las Escuelas Normales y en los establecimientos de instrucción secundaria. En el nombramiento de Maestros que se haga con el objeto de dar cumplimiento a esta disposición, serán preferidos los candidatos que hayan obtenido el diploma de Profesor de Dibujo de que trata el artículo 3º, inciso c).
