º ESTIMULO DE TIEMPO DOBLE. A los educadores con título docente que a partir de la promulgación del Decreto extraordinario 2277 de 1979 desempeñen sus funciones en forma permanente en escuelas unitarias o en otros institutos docentes ubicados en áreas rurales de difícil acceso y poblaciones apartadas, se les contabilizará como doble el tiempo de servicio para ascenso en el Escalafón Nacional Docente.
