Condónase á favor del señor José Joaquín Molina, Recaudador Municipal de Hacienda Nacional de Carolina, el valor de trescientos sesenta y cinco kilos de sal marina, de que aparece responsable, por haber comprobado satisfactoriamente que la pérdida de la expresada cantidad de sal ocurrió por caso fortuito.
