º . El artículo 4º del Decreto 539 quedará así: "Artículo 4º. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en representación de la Nación, entregará a más tardar el 31 de diciembre del año 2001 a Minercol Ltda. o quien haga sus veces, el aporte minero para la exploración, explotación y administración de los yacimientos salineros de la Nación, con excepción de Manaure - Guajira. Para el efecto, la Empresa Nacional Minera Ltda., o quien haga sus veces, solicitará el aporte correspondiente conforme a los artículos 48 y siguientes del Código de Minas vigente."
