Artículo único. Prórogase hasta el 31 de diciembre de 1872 la conversion, por certificaciones asimiladas a billetes de Tesorería de antigua emision, de las libranzas antioqueñas, de conformidad con el decreto lejislativo de 5 de julio de 1866, siempre que conste oficialmente la emision de dichas libranzas en la Direccion del Crédito nacional. Al efecto, esta Oficina publicará en el periódico oficial la relacion numérica de las que se encuentren en este caso.
