Artículo octavo. Dentro de términos prudenciales, la Federación girará las participaciones correspondientes a los Comités y Asociaciones cacoteras a que se refiere el artículo 4º de la Ley que se reglamenta.

Parágrafo

Para efectos de este artículo, todos los tesoreros de los Comités y Asociaciones cacaoteras que deban recibir las participaciones previstas en la ley, deberán prestar fianza de manejo según las normas de la Contraloría General de la República.
