Los soldados y grumentes de las Fuerzas Militares que en los términos del artículo anterior adquieran en el servicio inhabilidad relativa y sean retirados de la actividad por esta causa, tendrán derecho a una pensión mensual vitalicia pagadera por el Tesoro Público hasta de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00), según el grado de invalidez, y de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Ministerio de Guerra.
