La licencia sanitaria de funcionamiento que se otorgue a un banco de sangre no comprende por sí misma la autorización para llevar a cabo procedimientos de plasmaféresis. Esta autorización deberá concederse en forma expresa en el texto de la resolución, cuando se reúnan los requisitos para tal efecto.
