º DISTRIBUCION POR CONDUCTO DE LAS INSTITUCIONES FINANCIERAS. Bajo la exclusiva e indelegable responsabilidad directa de la respectiva sociedad administradora del sistema general de pensiones, las instituciones financieras podrán promover la vinculación a la misma, administrar su relación con el afiliado, diesponer el recaudo, pago y transferencia de recursos respecto de la sociedad administradora correspondiente con la cual la respectiva institución hubiere celebrado un convenio para adelantar dicha labor, sin perjuicio de lo previsto en el capítulo III del presente Decreto. La institución financiera podrá efectuar labores promocionales en su beneficio, con fundamento en las actividades previstas en el presente artículo, siempre y cuando se sujete a las disposiciones que regulan la publicidad de las sociedades administradoras del sistema general de pensiones.
