REMUNERACIONES ESPECIALES. Los ingresos totales de los Oficiales y Suboficiales de que trata el articulo 74 del Decreto 2062 de 1984, en ningún caso podrán exceder la asignación correspondiente a un Ministro del Despacho Ejecutivo. Cuando la suma resultante del sueldo Y las primas excedan la asignación de un Ministro y el interesado no renunciare al excedente. quedará obligado al reintegro al presupueste de la Policía Nacional de las sumas recibidas y liquidadas de demás, sin perjuicio de la acción disciplinaria respectiva.
