En la cara frontal se grabará esta leyenda:

Homenaje de la República de Colombia a los Próceres y Mártires de la ciudad de Mompox.

En las otras tres caras se grabará: 6 de agosto de 1810, en la primera; 19 de octubre de 1812 en la segunda; y 29 de diciembre de 1812 en la tercera.
