Los empleos que se crearen por notorias y urgentes necesidades del servicio, y los similares de que trata el presente Escalafón, tendrán las condiciones mínimas asignadas a la categoría correspondiente a sus atribuciones. Esta disposición se hará extensiva a los empleados supernumerarios.
