000, que se incluirán en los Presupuestos anuales, con destino al fomento de las Escuelas de Vacaciones o de cursos abreviados para la formación de maestros rurales o de las instituciones semejantes que funden los Departamentos para el mejoramiento intelectual del gremio docente. Cada Departamento que establezca alguno de aquellos centros tiene derecho a dicha subvención.
