Las aerolíneas tendrán la obligación de informar a todos los usuarios, sin excepción alguna, la suspensión y condiciones indicadas en el presente Decreto, conforme al procedimiento establecido por la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, todas las recomendaciones sanitarias para evitar el contagio del nuevo Coronavirus - COVID-19; y las sanciones administrativas y penales en caso de incumplimiento de las medidas sanitarias.
