º El artículo veinticinco (25) del Decreto 384 de 1985, quedará así: "Cuando por causa imputable al concesionario se le declare la caducidad, éste no podrá presentar por sí o por interpuesta persona, nueva solicitud de licencia de exploración o propuesta de concesión, dentro de los cinco (5) años siguientes a la fecha de ejecutoria de la providencia que declare la caducidad".
