º. Liquídese la empresa industrial y comercial del Estado Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia, creada por Decreto 3129 de 1954 y reorganizada por los Decretos 1242 de 1970, 877 de 1979, 803 de 1983, 520 de 1987, 1044 de 1987, 510 de 1988 y 1039 de 1988. En consecuencia, a partir de la vigencia del presente Decreto, dicha empresa entrará en proceso de liquidación, el cual tendrá un término no superior a tres (3) años, y utilizará para todas sus operaciones la denominación Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia en Liquidación.
