Artículo catorce La cuota patronal será recaudada mensualmente por el Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales, o por la entidad que determine la Junta Administradora del Fondo. El Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales tendrá únicamente, para los efectos del presente Decreto, las funciones de entidad recaudadora de la cuota patronal, y por lo tanto todas las reclamaciones y demás diligencias relacionadas con el aporte, deben adelantarse ante el Fondo.
