Artículo segundo. Previa presentación de la cuenta de cobro debidamente legalizada por el Tesorero Municipal de Cáchira, el Tesorero Municipal de Abrego le pagará el auxilio por veinticinco mil pesos ($ 25.000.00) con destino a la construcción de una escuela en la Vereda de San Pablo, perteneciente al Municipio primeramente citado.
