La División de Investigación Agropecuaria (D. I A.) del Ministerio de Agricultura incluirá, dentro de sus planes y programas, uno relacionado con la investigación sobre el cultivo de la guayaba. Con este objeto podrá adquirir en compra o tomar en arrendamiento los terrenos que juzgue apropiados y necesarios.
