Artículo único. Legalizase el Acuerdo adoptado por la Corte Electoral con fecha 28 de enero próximo pasado, que el señor Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil somete a la consideración del Gobierno Nacional, y que dice: "ACUERDO NUMERO 3 por el cual se crean unos cargos en el ramo Electoral y se fijan sus asignaciones. La Corle Electoral, CONSIDERANDO: que se hace indispensable asegurar el normal funcionamiento de la Oficina Nacional de Identificación mientras se realiza el estudio que se requiere para darle la organización más conveniente, y que igualmente se hace indispensable establecer, mientras se realiza tal organización, algunos servicios necesarios para atender a las labores urgentes que la Ley 89 de 1948 atribuyó a la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, ACUERDA:
