Decretase un auxilio de cien mil pesos al Colegio Intendencia llamado "Mariano Ospina Perez" para Varones, que funciona en Villavicencio, y con destino a la ampliación del edificio en que funciona el colegio. Ampliación consistente en construcción de nuevas aulas dedicadas al funcionamiento de nuevos cursos, para construcción de dormitorios, comedores, economatos y demás dependencias para poder establecer el internado del Colegio, para construcción de una capilla y canchas deportivas.
