Las empresas de petróleos pueden celebrar contratos con el Ministerio de Higiene para el establecimiento de centros mixtos de salud, en las regiones en donde tengan establecidos trabajos, y bajo la responsabilidad de tales centros quedarán prestándose los servicios de sanidad y de asistencia de que trata el presente capítulo.
