ARTICULO 1o. A partir del 1° de enero de 1993 fíjase la siguiente escala de remuneración mensual para los empleos contemplados en la Ley 5ª de 1992, para el Senado de la República y la Cámara de Representantes: GRADO ASIGNACION BASICA 01 175.000 02 200.000 03 225.000 04 300.000 05 375.000 06 450.000 07 500.000 08 575.000 09 625.000 10 700.000 11 750.000

Parágrafo

Los empleados públicos del Congreso a que se refiere el presente artículo, disfrutarán de un régimen prestacional igual al de los empleados públicos de la rama ejecutiva del poder público a nivel nacional.
