Cuando la infracción de las disposiciones sobre control de artículos de primera necesidad sea cometida por un extranjero, además del máximo de la multa respectiva, el Alcalde o el Inspector de Policía de Precios pasarán la documentación a la Policía Nacional para que se proceda a aplicarle las sanciones especiales contra extranjeros a que hubiere lugar.
