La tramitación forzosa de contrato preventivo se seguirá por las reglas consagradas en el Capítulo I de este Título, ocupando el organismo encargado de la inspección y vigilancia en lugar del juez, pero las diferencias que surjan sobre la existencia naturaleza y cuantía de los créditos serán definidas, en articulación, por el correspondiente juez civil del circuito a quién compete también homologar el concordato.
