PROVIDENCIAS DEL TRIBUNAL SUPERIOR MILITAR. Los autos de sustanciación serán proferidos por el magistrado ponente. Las sentencias y los autos interlocutorios serán pronunciados por la respectiva sala de decisión. Las decisiones se tomarán por mayoría absoluta de votos. En caso de empate, se escogerá por sorteo entre los restantes magistrados a quien deba dirimirlo. El magistrado disidente, sea de la parte motiva o resolutiva, tiene la obligación de salvar su voto, dentro de los dos (2) días siguientes a la firma de la providencia. Si el proyecto del ponente no fuere acogido, la parte motiva se constituirá en salvamento de voto.
