Incompatibilidad doble Subsidio Familiar. En ningún caso habrá doble reconocimiento de Subsidio Familiar. Cuando los dos cónyuges presten servicios en el ramo de Defensa Nacional o en otras dependencias, se reconocerá el Subsidio familiar a favor de quien reciba mayor asignación básica. Si el sueldo fuero igual, recibirá el Subsidio el esposo.
