El Gobierno decidirá, en cada caso, la enajenación de la propiedad accionaria del nivel nacional, a que se refiere el artículo primero de la presente Ley, adoptando un programa de enajenación, diseñado para cada evento en particular, que se sujetará a las disposiciones contenidas en esta Ley.
