ARTICULO 3° Sin perjuicio del límite establecido por el artículo 2° del Decreto 1705 de 1985 para los aportes que el trabajador se obliga a realizar al fondo, en los estatutos del fondo podrá preverse que los trabajadores pueden realizar aportes adicionales al fondo con base en sus ingresos laborales, de manera voluntaria y ocasional.
