De la prestación del servicio. Quien preste servicios de Guía Turístico o Cicerone sin el respectivo Carné o exceda la autorización contenida en éste, será denunciado ante las autoridades de policía, para los efectos del Artículo 30 del Decreto 522 de 1971.
