El presente Acuerdo modifica el artículo 1° del Acuerdo 002 de 1974 del Consejo Directivo de la Escuela Superior de Administración Pública, deroga las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, requiere para su validez la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional mediante Decreto, y rige a partir de la fecha en que el Gobierno le imparta dicha aprobación.
