El trámite de liquidación judicial como medida de intervención, no incluirá el procedimiento de presentación y aprobación del inventario valorado, según lo dispuesto en el artículo 4° de este decreto, salvo que terminado el proceso de toma de posesión para devolver aparezcan nuevos bienes.
