ARTICULO UNICO . Para dar cumplimiento a la Ley 81 de 1936 , destinase la suma de quince mil pesos ($15,000), que se incluirá en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, y le será entregada a la señora Felisa Figueredo viuda de Paz, hermana legítima del señor General don Zenón Figueredo, para que proceda a ejecutar lo ordenado en la mencionada Ley.

En el caso de que por alguna circunstancia no se incluya la partida de que trata esta Ley, en el presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, autorizase al señor Presidente de la República para que abra el crédito adicional correspondiente.

Esta ley regirá desde su sanción.
