Al disolverse un sindicato en forma voluntaria o por decisión judicial, debe reintegrarse a los miembros activos, una vez cubierto el importe de las deudas, las sumas que hayan pagado como cuotas o cotizaciones. El remanente del haber común debe pasar a cualquier otro sindicato análogo, o en su defecto, a un instituto de beneficencia o utilidad social, elegidos el uno o el otro por la asamblea general del sindicato.
