El asegurado deberá informar por escrito al asegurador los seguros de igual naturaleza que contrate sobre el mismo interés, dentro del término de diez días a partir de su celebración.
La inobservancia de esta obligación producirá la terminación del contrato, a menos que el valor conjunto de los seguros no exceda el valor real del interés asegurado.
