Esta ley rige a partir de su sanción y publicación en el Diario Oficial, y deroga los artículos 3º, 5º, 6º, 7°, 8º, 9º, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 y 19 de la Ley 1286 de 2009 y la Ley 1951 de 2019 y modifica el artículo 17 de la Ley 1444 de 2011.
